A great opportunity exists as Sourcing and Supplier Manager, reporting to Head of Supplier Management and Commercial Enablement. 

 

This role leads end-to-end sourcing and supplier management for consumer claims, ensuring scalable, efficient, and cost-effective outcomes. It is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. The role also focuses on optimising supplier relationships, identifying new supplier opportunities, and improving processes, tools, and systems to meet customer demand while maintaining strong compliance and quality standards. Acting as a key link between suppliers, internal teams, and customers, this position helps drive operational and financial performance and supports the delivery of optimal customer outcomes.

 

 

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with at least 10 years’ experience in supplier management, procurement, or commercial support.
  • Strong expertise in supplier relationship management, procurement services, third-party risk frameworks, and ideally consumer claims supplier management.
  • Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate favourable commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and continuous improvement capability, supported by proficiency in data analytics, procurement tools, and Microsoft Office.
